  • • When entering the link, nothing appears in the form, what should I do?
  • The information cannot be retrieved, please enter them manually
  • • There are some items from the same seller in my order, will I pay the domestic shipping fee for each item?
  • Our system only calculate 13yuan domestic shipping fee not for each item.
  • • If the items are out of stock, do you inform me in advance or refund me immediately?
  • Our purchaser will refund you immediately or later if the items are out of stock.
  • • My item has been in your warehouse, but I do not want it, can you cancel the order for me?
  • If it does over 7 days after we receive, we will refund. And if it is in our warehouse over 7 days, we can't accept the refund, hope your understanding.
  • • Can I cancel my order?
  • You can cancel your order before you pay and before our purchaser buy them. And we already buy them and they are on the way to us or they are in our warehouse, need you pay the domestic shipping fee. Hope your understanding,
  • • How to pay for all the items in my shopping cart?
  • Please press "select all" and press "pay".
  • • How to delete items in my shopping cart?
  • Please select the items which you want to delete and press the button "delete "
  • • How do I know if my order is made successfully?
  • If your order is made successfully, you can click "My order" to check your order information
  • • What is the meaning of the status "Arrived" ?
  • It means the items have arrived in our warehouse.
  • • When Can I submit delivery?
  • Please pay much attention to your order status. when the status changed to "arrived ", you could submit delivery
  • • I doubt the weight of the product, can you check it and change it for me ?
  • If you still can submit delivery, please submit directly. Your parcel will be weighed again after packed well. And we will charge the shipping fee per the actual weight. Please do not worry.
  • • Can I cancel the parcel after I submitted?
  • No, you cannot. After the parcel submitted, you cannot cancel it . So please think it through before submitting.
  • • If I find there is some wrong with my shipping address, what should I do?
  • Please e-mail us at once. We will change the address for you if the parcel has not been shipped.
  • • Your system captures wrong price ,which charged me more than that I should pay, what should I do ?
  • The system always charges the highest price , please write the actual price on the comments. Our purchaser will refund the extra money to you.
